Rules
- Respect the property. Our club style is unique and uncommon in the duck blind leasing world. We will be held to a higher standard than other hunters who are leasing blinds on or near the properties we hunt.
- You may not enter a property until you have been given permission. There is no pre-season scouting allowed on private property we have leased.
- Respect other members. Our members spend their hard earned money on this and dedicate their time and resources to this hobby. If there are any personal disputes with another member, please contact Jeff.
- Alcohol use is prohibited while hunting at all times. Any violations will result in the immediate termination of your membership.
- Members and their guests will be able to hunt all available blinds.
- Members will have access to the club website. All reservations are made online. Members and guests MUST make a reservation prior to showing up to a blind. Members and guests must sign a liability release prior to hunting. Violations may result in the termination of membership.
- There are two hunts per day: a morning hunt (shooting time – 12:00 pm) and an afternoon hunt (12:00 pm – end of shooting time).
- A member may not make another reservation until their existing hunt reservation has passed or been cancelled. A member may however make an additional reservation a maximum of 12 hours in advance of a hunt if seats are available.
- GUEST POLICY – Guests can only be signed up for open seats 24 hours or less before any hunt. Membership sharing is not allowed. We want you to be able to take guests and share hunting experiences with friends and family, but this must be done within reason. A non-member may only hunt as a guest up to five times per season (excludes Jr. hunters).
- DOGS: Only 1 dog per blind – whoever signs up with a dog first. Dogs MUST be under control at all times.
- Cancellation: You must cancel your hunt if you are not planning on being there. Please be courteous to other members and cancel your hunt as soon as possible to open that seat for others to hunt. Frequent last minute cancellations or no-shows will be addressed.
- No vehicles are allowed on properties except in designated parking areas.
- Walk or ATV only on all properties.
- Members are to know the property boundaries. Maps are on our website. If you don’t know, ask another member or Jeff. Hunting is not allowed outside designated areas.
- Be at the blind 30 minutes before legal shoot time.
- Please obey property-specific rules. Some blinds may have a specific hunt schedule or other requirements which will be posted on the website.
- Property damage or theft should be promptly reported.
- Don’t walk to the blind on the check at Sutter.
- Do not adjust boards or water levels in the field. If you see a problem (flooding or low water) please report it.
